Soo Fluffy's Response To COVID-19
With the COVID-19 pandemic, Soo Fluffy's fulfilment networks remain fully operational. We’re taking all precautions to reduce the spread of the novel coronavirus and keep our employees safe.
We have been instructed by the government in our warehouses (located in North America, Europe and Asia) to observe social distancing at work. This has impacted the number of staff that can work at a given time and has affected the order processing time. The current order processing time is up to 7 business days.
Furthermore, our partner delivery carriers are also experiencing delays which have increased in order transit time and shipping time frame. Our current delivery speed is approximately 4 weeks. Our apologies for the delay.
The above will be ongoing until the lockdown has been fully lifted by the government in our respective warehouses.
